We love the digital world, and we play our part in shaping it. Our domain is where creation and technology intersect. Our digital DNA expresses itself in well-founded strategies, creative designs, and a pioneering technological spirit. Since 1996. We are the agency for digital transformation. Thanks to our 150 employees. We work for brands and companies such as Axel Springer, the BBC, Audi, Deutsche Telekom, and ZDF. Our offer of strategic consulting, implementation, and marketing lays the foundation for the development of products, services, and solutions with an exceptional user experience.

What do you do and makes your service exciting?

We develop handmade products for a variety of customers. Our expertise ranges from Virtual Reality, Browser/Web to New TV/Video, Apps, and Games. The solutions we develop provide an exceptional user experience. We know how to spot relevant trends, we understand the societal and economic impact of these trends, and we know how to turn that to our customers´ advantage. That makes us unique.

What kind of talent are you looking for?

We are looking for Software Developer, both Frontend and Backend with expertise in HTML/CSS, Javascript, PHP, and Java. In addtion we are looking for creative people with a background in User Experience or User Interface. If you want to shape the digital world and if you love to find technical solutions, to break new ground as a developer, and to breathe life into user experience strategies, then we should get in touch.

Can you describe the work environment at Exozet?

We offer exciting, alternating, and challenging tasks. The chance to get involved and prove yourself. Many really friendly and helpful colleagues, interesting clients, company events such as summer or Christmas party and flat hierarchies. And on top of that the most wonderful view on the Tempelhof Airport.

What growth opportunities do you offer to your employees?

We prefer an individual development, no matter if you want to develop your skills in your current department or in another department with another role. We offer different trainings such as Project Management or languages classes for our employees from abroad. And we always invite our employees to visit conferences and Meetups to stay up to date.
